A few things to know.
Can I book a ride right now?
You can request a quote through the form. Your request is reviewed by our reservations team; a ride is only booked after a proposal is accepted and written confirmation is provided.
How will quotes and reservations work?
We review your route and preferences, check partner availability, and present a proposal. A request will not be a confirmed reservation.
Which vehicles will be available?
Vehicle options are being finalized with transportation partners. Specific models, passenger limits and luggage capacity will be confirmed before booking.
What should I include for an airport transfer?
Include the airport, pickup date and Pacific Time, passenger count and luggage. You can add a flight number to your request. Meeting instructions, waiting time and any additional fees will need to be agreed in the final proposal.
How should I plan a wine country day?
List your pickup point, wineries, dining stops and estimated duration. Winery appointments and tasting fees are separate from transportation unless explicitly included in a confirmed proposal.
Will PrimeWay operate outside California?
The brand is being developed for future expansion. Initial planning focuses on the San Francisco Bay Area and Napa Valley. Additional markets have not been confirmed.
